Great Place

I have been to one of their Karaoke Nights just a week or so ago and thought it was great. It was a Friday night and most place that offer Karaoke are pretty dull and boring (bowling alleys, dive bars, etc.), this place was NICE. Very clean, not too smokey and it was hoppin! I will definately go back and recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a cool place to just hangout.

So I checked out the website of this place and decided to go and check out the poker tournament. $20 buy in ($15 entry, $5 bounty)...100% payback + house gift certificate is returned to players. Good diverse crowed and "almost" casino grade poker tables. Music was great with a digital jukebox and a broad mix of people. Service rocked and most people there seemed to be regulars. Plenty of seating with qualty furniture...hard to find in night time establishments these days. The owners were up there when I was and actually were coming around saying hi to everyone and buying drinks for those that they knew were first timers! Overall, I really liked Deja Vu. It is locally owned, and the owners and staff really show they care about their business and their patrons.
More places like this needed...

I actually visited this place because of the other rated posting that is on this site and I will have to say, I wasn't dissappointed. This place is all about quality! Good safe location with plenty of parking. Drinks were great and are served out of a pretty cool/strange system that is worth checking out...I have never liked automated liquor systems before, but with 1-3/4 oz of liquor in every drink they have done a great job of feeling like the "bartender" feel is gone from the bar. Staff were HOT and very friendly. I personally haven't shot pool in some time, but I might just start playing a whole lot more if this place continues this pace. They recently started opening at noon during the week as well. Great website as well. Check it out.

From what I hear, these guys used to own The Breakroom...which would make sense considering that the theme is along the same as what The Breakroom used to be a year or so ago. Either way, this place is very clean, upscale and offers lots of things to do. Their service is the best that I have seen in town in regards to speed and courtesy (still slows down during busy times...but overall, better than most). Nightly poker tournaments, darts, games and some pretty cool monthly events. They have some unique drink offers that are different than most in town. All mixed drinks have 1-3/4 oz of alcohol (that's 50% MORE) standard! They have nightly specials on pool and drinks and a really cool website to boot! This place caters to about every walk of life and just about any type of night out that you need. Great place for a large group of friends to go and hangout, or for a casual date night. Parking is ample being in a shopping center location...but what I like most is their fairly smoke free atmosphere. Still not perfect, but MUCH better than most other places in town. From what I understand they are about to add even more filtration in place. Overall, I will be visiting Deja Vu more often in my night outs...such a nice alternative to other places in town that never change, are over crowded and offer the same thing day in and day out! Two thumbs up from me!
