I ordered a Moon walk from this place last year for my sons birthday and when it arrived that day the guys came and just threw it up and when they did "OMG" it was soooo nasty. There was trash all in it, there was like food stuck on the side. I tried to call the manager but she was unavailable and wouldn’t talk to me. I had no other choice but to get in there and clean it up and wipe it down with Clorox wipes so the kids could jump in it. The men that put it up saw how nasty it was and as soon as they knew I was mad they left. I tried throughout the day to get a hold of the manager and no luck so the next business day we went down to the store to complain to them and the only thing they offered to do about it was give us 15% off our next rental. I will never in my life order from them again and I don’t think anyone else should either. They are very un-organized and rude. Not sure how they keep their business going that’s for sure!!!!!!!!

There is nothing good that can be said about them. Their service is awful, the products they deliver are dirty, torn, broke, and they do not return phone calls when a refund is requested! They are not willing to work with you and I would not recommend them at all. If you want your day to be perfect for any occasion, DO NOT go with Brendle Rentals.
